Master Batches

Antistatic master batch are used widely to reduce the static electricity problems. Addition dosage is around 3-6 % needed to reduce to the surface resistance values from 10^16 to 10^11 ohms and static charges are reduced from 10 kv to < 200 volts. They are natural in colour. Hence any colour antistatic material can be produced by just adding a suitable colour master batch. These master batches are compatible with LDPE/ LLDPE/ HDPE/ P. P. material. Very economical way to reduce the static electricity problems.

Conductive master batch and conductive compound are widely used eliminate the Static Electricity problems. Addition dosage required is around 50 % levels. Needed to reduce the surface resistance values from 10^16 to 10^4 Ohms and Static charges generation is reduced from 10 KV to 0 KV (Nil Static charge). These materials are black in color and the final product is always black in color. These master batch are compatible with LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE / P.P.Material.
These master batch offer excellent U.V.Stability for material used in outdoor applications. These master batch offer a permanent Antistatic / Conductive property. Which is independent of time, % RH and Friction.
