Static Shielding Bags And Zipped: The 3 layer construction consisting of conductive metalized polyester sandwiched between 2 layers of antistatic polyethylene provides static shielding property to the bags and hence are currently the most preferred variety of ESD safe bags. The bags are made as per our standard sizes in our Technical data sheet or can be customized as per the requirements of packaging necessary. Zippers can also be included in the bags for easy sealing and opening.

Ideally, an EMI gasket should be made of the same material as the parent EMI shielding. Gaskets are also used in the construction of EMI enclosures. Overall, EMI gaskets differ in material, shape and size but all serve the same purpose of absorbing the interference.
